* When will my order ship?

We process orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping usually takes 5–7 days.

You’ll receive a tracking number 3–5 days after your order ships. If you haven’t received it within 7 business days, email us at support@vacuaskin.com .

* Can I return my order or get a refund if there’s a problem?

Yes! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for damaged or defective products. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund. Return shipping is your responsibility. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund for the full purchase price.

Make sure to include your name and order number with the returned item.

Note: If your package is still on the way, it must be returned before we can process a refund.

* Can I cancel my order?

We do our best to help, but orders can only be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

* I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you notice an error in your shipping address, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@vacuaskin.com within 24 hours. After 24 hours, we cannot make changes, and refunds will not be issued for incorrect addresses.
